Moviebar is back!! Brighton’s popular short film screening and networking event returns to the Caroline of Brunswick pub every quarter from Monday February 3rd. Join the Moviebar team for an evening of short films, Director Q and A’s, networking and special guest Cyberschizoid, editor of Space Monsters Magazine, founder of the Classic Horror Campaign and organiser of the Frighten Brighton horror film festivals!
Put Monday 3rd February (from 7:30pm) in your diaries, come along to the rather excellent Caroline of Brunswick pub and meet fellow film fans and filmmakers for a great evening of movies, chat and a few drinks.
You will also be able to buy issues of retro movie magazine Space Monsters alongside other film memorabilia!

There’s a fun get-together tomorrow night for horror fans in the Brighton area as the Caroline of Brunswick pub hosts the Frighten Brighton launch party! Come along for an evening of trailers, horror giveaways from Diabolique magazine and a special screening of the award-winning sci-fi short The Timeslip!
Events kick off from 7:30pm Saturday 9th June 2012 upstairs at The Caroline of Brunswick, which can be found opposite The Level in the spooky seaside city of Brighton! Meet your fellow horror fans, have a few drinks and chill-out in the relaxed atmosphere of one of Brighton’s coolest pubs, well-known amongst fright film fanatics as the host of the Brighton Shocks mini-horror festivals.

Do you love movies? Then come along to Moviebar, a monthly film screening and networking night for filmmakers and film lovers at the Caroline of Brunswick pub in Brighton on Monday 30th April from 7:30pm!
This is a really fun night usually held on the first Monday of every month but for one night only it will be happening Monday 30th April. There’s a cool quiz…with prizes(!) and a Q & A session with some of the filmmakers. The theme this time round will be “heist movies” and the whole event is run by Frighten Brighton and Classic Horror Campaign supporter Chris Regan, who is also the man behind the excellent Jenny Ringo films!
